My role in planning and executing a robust intellectual property strategy involves the coordination of a company’s patent portfolio, licenses, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and critical research, supply, consultant and employee agreements, while managing internal and partner expectations, time requirements and budget. Also important in my performance is the evaluation of the validity of competitor and NPE patents, and providing an understanding of the role of adversarial IP matters in the company’s overall strategy.
