eXalt Solutions, founded by Leslie Swanson, is now taking on the $85.6B global outsourcing market with these next-generation bots. Dubbed “Botsourcing” by Leslie, companies who use eXalt’s “Digital Knowledge Workers” don’t need to involve their IT departments because they’re self-programming and trainable. They support existing marketing, sales and administrative staff in all realms of a team’s administrative and analytical operations, allowing companies to control costs and improve the profitability of every sale because they can scale their existing workforce up or down, completely digitally, based on demand. Prior to eXalt, Leslie was President and CEO of Vigilant Networks, a network monitoring company that was sold to Gen-Tek. She also led Expert Views, a CAE/CAD/CAM database company, and sold that to RR Donnelley.
