Pamela Bardhi is a dynamic serial entrepreneur based in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a renowned real estate developer on the Northeast coast, a licensed general contractor, and real estate consultant. Pamela’s main company, The Mosché Group, is a real estate company focused on creating value and enhancing quality of life through real estate. The company has 5 components: real estate development, construction, consulting, plus residential and commercial brokerage. Pamela’s personal real estate brokerage career surpasses over $100 million sold in real estate assets. Pamela has developed over $50 million in both commercial and residential real estate assets. She has personally consulted with prominent developers in Boston focusing on developing underutilized sites for mixed use and multifamily developments. Pamela is well versed throughout every stage of the development process: land use analysis, entitlement of property, planning, project management and construction oversight until the finished product. Her educational background includes real estate development at Harvard Business School, Entrepreneurship at Babson College, and undergraduate degrees in both Entrepreneurship & Communication at Stonehill College. Pamela is deeply passionate about inspiring and empowering others to live out their dreams as well as giving back to her Boston community.
