Prof. Prodromou joins our program to tell us about the “Strategic Leadership and Transformative Action” (SLTA) program which is being piloted in January 2020 on The Fletcher School campus for members of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago, ranging from lawyers to priests. The SLTA curriculum, developed by The Fletcher School’s Professor Elizabeth Prodromou, will include lectures by leading experts on topics such as religious literacy, strategic and financial management for non-profits, leadership, and communication strategies. The program aims to enable participants to draw intentionally and innovatively on the program’s organizing principles of awareness, action, and impact, in order to contribute to dynamic, faith-based transformation within their parishes, metropolises, Greek Orthodox Archdiocese, and public communities. The program is the first of its kind for the Greek Orthodox community of America.
