My practice concentrates on local and state regulations, licensing and enforcement actions representing clients before various local and state regulatory commissions and boards, such as the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commision, Division of Professional Licensure, Cannabis Control Commission, Local Licensing Authorities and the Gaming Commission; local permitting; government affairs; public affairs; labor and employment; housing and public accommodation. I appear before local elected officials, public officials, departments, including licensing boards, planning boards, zoning boards of appeal, and local community groups, on behalf of various clients seeking local approval of a project and/or business.
