Jeffrey A. Dretler is a partner in Rubin and Rudman LLP’s Boston office. He has more than twenty years of experience litigating employment disputes at the trial and appellate levels of state and federal courts as well as with the EEOC and MCAD. Jeff defends mid-size and large employers in single and multi-plaintiff cases alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage/hour claims. Jeff also prosecutes and defends trade secret and non-competition cases. Jeff is listed in Best Lawyers in America (2017-2018) and has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer (2013-2018) for Employment Law – Management. Jeff was elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and holds leadership positions with the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law. He also serves as Treasurer of the Alumni/ae Board of his law school alma matter, Northeastern University School of Law.
