Jack is a consulting CFO for business owners, private equity firms and nonprofits. He is principal of his own firm, Winter Street CFO, LLC. Prior to forming the LLC, Jack was Executive Vice President and CFO for Conservation Services Group, a national energy services company with over 20 offices in 15 states. Earlier in his career, he held several senior financial leadership positions in manufacturing and healthcare organizations. Jack is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA from Columbia University. John Rogol is currently the Divisional CFO for the Marketing Division at TIAA. In that role he partners in the development of strategies and the execution of financial plans that drive awareness of its Brand and promotion of its products and services. TIAA is a fortune 100 company and the #1 provider of retirement solutions for the not-for-profit market including colleges and universities serving 15,000 institutions and 5 million participants with a trillion dollars of assets under management. John is a graduate of Babson College and currently serves as a member of the Board of Overseers.
