David Begelfer is Founder and President of CRE Strategic Advisors, a commercial real estate consulting firm that provides advice and guidance to private, corporate, and institutional clients. After a four-decade career including prominent roles as broker, developer, advocate, spokesman, lobbyist, educator, and advisor, David offers a unique perspective on the industry, the market, and the development process. CRE’s mission is to assist clients to determine the best options and targeted strategies for acquiring, planning, permitting, and developing their real estate assets. CRE provides an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry, offering high level, strategic advice. David is a board member of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau, MassINC, and MassEcon. David is also a Board member of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston, the American Jewish Committee, and the CJP Annual Fund Leadership Council and is past Chair of the United Way Real Estate Committee and currently serves on its Advisory Board.
