Our professional expertise includes Board of Director, CEO & Direct reports to Senior Leadership. My background offers a unique blend of talent management/recruiting, training/coaching, marketing and sales within early stage and Fortune 50 companies. Currently, I am one of the four Managing Directors at Onstott Group and work with clients to identify and recruit Board of Directors, CEO and positions that report into senior leadership. In addition, I have worked with clients on their succession strategy, corporate culture, recruiting goals and strategy as well as successful training and on boarding processes.
