I am the founder of Law Practice Consultants, LLC, a legal consulting firm in Boston with clients across the country. We evaluate and assist law firms and lawyers in business development, client retention and management related issues. LPC is one of the few law firm consulting groups whose principals have been law firm chairmen, managing partners or CMOs. We work with a range of firms, many of whom are AmLaw 100 firms. Our firm brings a valuable combination of skill and experience in law firm management, sales, marketing and counseling. We help our clients to succeed by working smarter, not harder. In addition to direct consulting with firms and lawyers, I perform client interviews to evaluate client satisfaction and assess the existing and future needs of clients. This information is then used to design and implement client-based strategic planning and business development coaching programs for partners and associates. Over the last few years I have developed coaching and business development training programs for lawyers of all levels of experience in firms of all different sizes and have coached over 400 attorneys on a one-on-one basis.
